1.1 Returns / Exchange

7 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY

We pride ourselves on our product quality and strict quality control.

Return Warranty Defective merchandise including stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference to photos, and major differences between the photographed product and the product received are subject to exchange within 7 days.

Please note that:

-The Return/Exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment & size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size, color, and fabric on our page.

- All the exchanges will be processed once we have received the item(s) at our location

  • WE DO NOT offer refunds! The only refunds that are given is (The product is defective, or you cancel the order before it ships)

  4. You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
  5. Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached.
  6. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.

 . ORDER CANCELLATION

We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped, otherwise, you will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. (Normally, you will receive the refund within 3 working days) Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. (I normally ship out the same day)

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to get them? Give the gift of choice with a True Classic Gift Card.

Gift cards are delivered by email, to the purchaser; and contain instructions on how to redeem or forward them within the order confirmation email. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

1.3 How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We process and ship as fast as possible, usually in 1-2 business days and shipping times are 2-7 business days. you will also be emailed a tracking # so you are able to track your package.

We process your order within 24 hours, usually less. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can intercept your order before it ships.

1.6 What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer expedited shipping through USPS First Class service for most items. For heavier package, we ship via UPS Ground Shipping.
